			factory Our furniture is manufactured at our factory location in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Time honored hand crafting techniques complemented by state of the art equipment and technology produces furniture that is timeless in visual appeal and enduring quality. Our wood furniture and custom kitchen and bath cabinetry is hand crafted from the finest solid hardwoods available. Boards are carefully inspected for grain and apperance. Mortise and tenon joinery, vertical French dovetailed drawer fronts and floating raised panel doors enhance each piece with visual beauty and lasting durability. A sealed lacquer topcoat is sanded and rubbed by hand to create a smooth matte finish. Our upholstered furniture begins with a handcrafted kiln dried hardwood frame. All joints are double doweled, glued, and screwed providing a solid frame. Our customized construction is created utilizing layers of hand shaped foam and dacron over a sprung base. Heavy guage steel coil springs provide a flexible suspension platform for all upholstery.
